About me

Hi, I'm Priscilla!

I was born in California, grew up in Northern Virginia, went to university and graduate school in Boston, and am currently residing in Seoul, Korea. I received my Bachelors of Science in Health Science from Boston University in 2013, and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Tufts University Boston School of Occupational Therapy in 2017. I am certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association and currently hold a license to practice in the state of Virginia. I have clinical and work experience in a variety of settings and populations, including school, inpatient mental health, research, skilled nursing, and outpatient clinics. Through these experiences, I have found my niche and passion- working with the pediatric population! I find much joy in connecting with children and their families, engaging in their stories, and collaborating to meet their goals.

I have been trained in DIR Floortime, The Zones of Regulation, The Alert Program, Interactive Metronome, Sensory Processing Dysfunction, Reflex integration, Pediatric Yoga, and Social Thinking Curriculum. I have experience providing services for children with Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, genetic syndromes, sensory processing difficulties, among others. I understand the value of social emotional and behavioral learning, meeting the child where they are at not just physically, but emotionally and mentally, helping them to express themselves to loved ones and engage with the world around them.

In the past, I have enjoyed working and volunteering with children as a tutor, summer program counselor, classroom aide, Sunday School teacher, and sports coach, valuing engagement with children and youth in a wide variety of occupations. Currently, I also do freelance work supporting English native teachers in preschool to provide English event programs and do volunteer work at child welfare homes.

In my free time, I enjoy walking to explore, being in nature, exercising, playing and watching sports, volunteering and spending quality time with close friends and family!
